When we caught up with three FNL stars—Stacey Oristano (Mindy Riggins), Derek Phillips (Billy Riggins), and Adrianne Palicki (Tyra Collette)—at the ATX Television Festival, they pitched two big spin-offs—and one is closer to happening than you'd think.
