Separated from her friends and waking up in a mysterious world, Cure Sky, Sora Harewataru, meets Cure Precious, Yui, and Comy Comy, Cure Summer, Manatsu, and even Prim, who can transform into Cure Supreme. Together, they embark on a journey. Meanwhile, Cure Prism, Mashiro of the Rainbow Hill, Cure Wing, Tsubasa Yonaga, and Cure Butterfly, Ageha of the Holy Land, each encounter new allies in different places. With their memories somewhat hazy, the Pretty Cures set out on an adventure to reach a castle that holds the only clue to returning to their original world. Guest-starring in the movie as the movie-original character Cure Supreme/Prim is Maaya Sakamoto, and Atsumi Tanezaki voices Pooka.
