The Austin 2022 Grand Prix is going to be held at the Circuit of the Americas, built and opened in 2012 for the first Austin Grand Prix. It’s a 5.51km track featuring high-speed turns reminiscent of Suzuka’s S-curves and Hockenheim, as well as several long straightaways after turns 11 and 20 perfect for overtaking opportunities. Racers will do 56 laps on this circuit for a total distance of 308.41 kilometers. The current record for this circuit is 1:36:169, set by Charles LeClerc in 2019.
