Gengar (Shiny), Pokemon Shuffle Wiki

The color used for Gengar (Shiny)’s icon is not the same color used in the main series Pokémon games, rather, it is based off of a Gengar featured in the Pokémon movie Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel, which sported a blue color. It’s likely that this was chosen due to the main series shiny color having major visual similarities to regular Gengar. The mega evolution icon is identical to the main games, however.
