High Templar Avarius - Path of Exile Wiki

High Templar Avarius is a unique boss located in The Chamber of Innocence in Act 5. Upon defeating him, he transformed into the second form: Innocence, God-Emperor of Eternity. After Dominus died (or during Dominus left Oriath for the expedition in Wraeclast) , Avarius took his place into the Oriath as the High Templar that commands the Ebony Legion, Blackguards and other subordinate of the Order of the Templar. For some reason Avarius secretly became a vessel of god Innocence. According to Utul
