Hikari Tsuneki (常木 耀, Tsuneki Hikari) is a main character of Seiren. She is the class idol of class 2-B at Kibito High School and a classmate of Shouichi Kamita who was the runner-up of last year's "Miss Santa Contest" that she has an exclusive seat on the terrace. Hikari is a cheerful girl who is occasionally stubborn. Hikari is a "modern day meddling princess" who has a part-time job working as a cook in a restaurant and she just focus in her part-time job.
