Lag (ping) issues

I've been experiencing HUGE lag problems for a couple of weeks now, in every other server (of any country) I get like 30 ms, while in this server I have to wait AT LEAST 30 seconds just for the compass to show up the games list. I don't know if I did something, I don't think I did something
