Paul Wagemaker
Paul is the co-owner of a chocolate company that specialises in making fine chocolates and is also the chef of a restaurant near Amsterdam. Before, he worked in several high-end restaurants where he had been taught a lot from the best chefs. Thanks to his studies, especially in level 4 Culinary Arts in pastry-making, he became a chocolate and confectionary specialist. Moreover, he also has a diploma in level 4 cooking specialised in hot and cold gastronomy and is a teacher too.
