I mean, Isla knew it was coming regarding their relationship and that meant that they can't be together for very long. A biological android showing emotions isn't something new so I think it was very much expected that Isla would sign off with both tears and from what I see, joy too because she experienced a lot of human behaviors. Cute ending this episode.
