Prison Island is a maximum security prison located in the sea around Kaboom City, where they lock up the worst villains. It is led by Captain Justice and Agent Silverstar, who are the two main chiefs of police in Kaboom City. Its first appearance was in Series 5, where Mr. King and Professor K. were locked up there.
