Earlier today, Samuel L. Jackson joined a San Diego Comic-Con panel all about Afro Samurai. As the voice of the warrior in the films and TV show, Jackson had all sorts of things to say about the upcoming Afro Samurai movie, Resurrection, and the new videogame, but when it came to talking about the Afro Samurai manga, the floor belonged to Afro's creator Takahashi Okazaki. After three years of work, the 300-page comic is all but set to hit store shelves. The first volume will arrive in September, while the final half will come out in January. While the books tell the stick with the traditional story of Afro Samurai's quest, the printed page will feature a brand new ending.
